etc!graphics, inc. began business in 1988, creating hand drawn concepts with technical pens and t-squares and using little sticky letters called dry transfer lettering. Our desire then and now is to employ the golden principles of fine art into commercial design. In the digital age, we employ the same design principals with current software to provide pixels and layers and color spaces and plots. We accept with reluctance that hand drawn art for commercial use is a thing of the past. Though we look at them longingly, we've turned our markers out to pasture.

We know the ups and the downs, the struggles and immense opportunity and potential that exists in the small business venture. New ideas and new technology emerge daily. The potential of these ideas will outweigh the fear factor for the true entrepreneur. Very few businesses start with massive amounts of stability, but rather learn to walk and then run.
